Just finished 10 more miles. Did them while playing "Deal/No Deal."

I am now at Exit 341 just north of Waco.

Wow, good for you!

It's nice to have better weather than in Montana for your trip

I did 3 miles last night.

That makes 47 miles total. Life is good.

Thank you, Rhonda. I do miss going to the Women's Club in Montana. That was fun. I know you're enjoying your exercise classes.

Hello All,

Well I was a bum all week but yesterday I finally broke the mold and met my parents and mall walked 2.25 miles. So I am at exit 34A on I-75. Coincidentally also the exit to my OBGYN, and since female problems were my excuse for being lazy all week.....

Just kidding...

Gonna go get on my bike and ride for a half hour. I'll check back later.

Donna, maybe you should stop in for a checkup? Just kidding.

I 2 miles today. That's not much but it's something. I noticed all my photos of "things to see" were deleted. I don't know if they were deleted by picturetrail or if I had posted too many here. I tend to overdo things. Hmmmmmmm......maybe that's why I'm overweight? Overdoing desserts?

Happy Saturday,

I did get on my bike yesterday and road about 5 miles (I'm guessing based on time). I also went to the gym today and after strength training swam laps for a half hour which I'm counting as a mile. So that takes my grand total to 16.5. I need to ride more it builds up faster .

Anyway 16.5 miles takes me to exit 28 - Flatrock, MI this is home to Auto Alliance Assembly plant, where the
is made.

Oh and Sandra, actually it was the opposite problem that kept me from much activity. And you are doing great, you'll be in sunny Mexico in no time.

I'm still at Exit 336. Baylor University and The Texas Ranger Museum are around here. So's the Dr. Pepper Museum. I may stay and do some sightseeing till the weekend's over.

I've done 49 miles now.

Donna, I'm glad it was the opposite problem and you're better now. Sounds like you're getting everything in gear and are exercising quite a bit now. I have been sluggish the last 2 days. I prob won't do much till Monday. I'm competing in archery most of the day tomorrow.

I am impressed your photo is still here. Mine disappeared. Don't know why.

Hi All,

Well I squeezed in an unplanned 1 mile walk before the game yesterday. Today I am going to ride for 20 minutes giving myself 5 more miles. I'm going to count them now even though I haven't done them yet, so that I have to do them .

This takes me to a grand total of 22.5 miles and exit 21 on I-75. Exit 21 is the Newport exit home to Fermi Nuclear Power plant. It can be seen from the freeway, I know. Should hit the state line by the end of the week

Sandra - how was archery? I don't know about the pics, I just did what you told me to do last time.

Have a great day.

Well I didn't make it to the state line last week I walked for 2.25 miles on Tuesday and road my bike for 5 miles on Saturday but didn't do anything that gained miles Wed - Fri although I did exercise on Thursday.

Anyway, that takes me to 29.75 total and exit 14 on I-75. This is one of the Monroe exits and where you get off to go to Sterling State Park

I'm hoping to go swimming today so that will give me another mile now I just need to bike 2-3 times a week as planned

Have a great day all.

I am impressed, Donna. I worked in the yard this afternoon for about an hour. I'm going to get back to tomorrow.

Wow, you two are really moving....I should try to calculate my exercises into miles...certainly could do that with WATP.

I've really been lazy the last two days, but had shopping to do, meals to cook and a former MIL to visit. I haven't been a couch potato except for this afternoon.

OK, I'll start my journey.

I walked 3 miles last night with WATP 3 mile Express. That doesn't put me very far on my journey to visit Sandra and Curtis! But, I'll keep going!
