I could never make it be a meal either, Sandra. I always used them in the mid afternoon for a milk and sometimes a milk/fruit to get me through to dinner. It also kept me from being ravenous at dinner time.

I don't use the smoothies as a meal either....I use it for my Snack!!
Love them either way..WW or homemade with Fruit. And yes Vickie I remember, and I remember how I fought that tooth and nail
WW one you can only have 1x a day..but if you make your own, you can have one as a pick me up, and snack.

Hello again ladies! Let's just say I'm a Core-believer! Only on the plan since last Thursday and this morning the scales said a number I haven't seen in over a year....277! Officially 30 pounds! I'm so excited! Looking forward to joining weight watchers on Wednesday night and THAT is an understatement!

I gained 2.6 for the last two weeks. This is 4.6 pounds up in the last month. That's it. I am back on program like a newbie. I've had my epiphany.

Vickie, I think Linda came back just in time to save you and me, don't you? What an inspiration she is.

I fell off the wagon and got run over today but will go back to WW in the AM and start like a newbie, too. We closed on the property, got electricity/water transferred, and ran a lot of other errands today. Unnerved me. It's time to get with it.

Toni, to the group. Congratulations on being down 30 lbs. That's quite a feat. I am happy for you.

Rhonda, how's your day?

Coco? Patti? Where art thou, friends?
