I know this is a lot of questions but I was wondering. The WW shake is core to have once per day. What about other shakes
I have Spirutien Packets that have 96-100 calories 0 fat and 2 ish grams of fiber.
And also a container of Aria at work. Does anyone know the rule?

I think you'd have to count points to be officially core. Sometimes I makd shakes using sf/ff dry pudding mix, ff milk, and frozen fruit/splenda. It's not a protein drink, but it's good and it's core.
I cant do the FF SF puding aspartame makes me sick! and actually I need the protien or I get sick
Right now I'm eating Corish and doing pts I guess it's just as well to continue that!

I have only one rule when making protein shakes - don't put your finger in the blender while it's plugged in! (I did it a month ago, guess I'm a late learner). Haha. My poor finger still doesn't find the humor in it though.
