Ladies and gents,
Today is my WI day and I'm not looking forward to it. I've been dealing with colds and sore backs so I haven't been able to get to the gym and frankly this week I haven't paid as much attention to my food as I should. I keep saying I'm getting back on track, but I've been hover between 15-18 pounds gone for months now and I need to push past this just to feel like I'm doing it. I hate this. I know I have no one to blame but myself, but it's getting so frustrating that I can't seem to keep going.
