Encouragement needed
Ladies and gents,
Today is my WI day and I'm not looking forward to it. I've been dealing with colds and sore backs so I haven't been able to get to the gym and frankly this week I haven't paid as much attention to my food as I should. I keep saying I'm getting back on track, but I've been hover between 15-18 pounds gone for months now and I need to push past this just to feel like I'm doing it. I hate this. I know I have no one to blame but myself, but it's getting so frustrating that I can't seem to keep going.:tantrum: :tantrum: |
Nancy! Sorry your having a rough time! Its not easy.Be happy what you have lost so far,its a huge accomplishment. I'm reading a new book called The Beck Diet Solution.It works with any diet you do and its cogintive therapy its basically changes how you think.Your post is full of what they call Sabotaging thoughts.Its those thoughts that will never get you through this.I really recommend you getting this book its 14.97 on amazon.com and its great,google the website and take a look around and see if its soemthing you might benefit from it.It fits me to a T.And I cant book the book down!

nancy, you're not alone. why don't you join the daily thread here. you'll see that most of us are having the same stuff going on that you do. maybe we can all help each other get over the hump and get the rest of our weight off.
