I found some Kashi whole grain puffs at Walmart, at first I didn't like it, but then I got some bagged cereal, puffed wheat, at my local grocery store and started eating that and liked it, this a.m. I had the Kashi and liked it better because it stayed crunchier in the milk. I guess it was the no-sugar thing at first. I'd like to try the WW vanilla puffed wheat, that's their only core cereal, but I'll have to find it first.

I thought the WW one was horrible. I was SO disappointed because I wanted a change from my shredded wheat. Maybe you'll like it.

I have started nuking my shredded wheat a few seconds before adding ff milk/splenda. It's a little different that way.

Thanks, I won't look so hard for the WW cereal. I'm enjoying a mix of puffed wheat and the Kashi puffed 7 grain, they go pretty good together I think.
