Take Control Tuesday menu, 2/27/07
Let's get this party started! It's going to be a great day!
Breakfast: oatmeal with Splenda, skim milk
Lunch 1: Whole wheat pita (2 pts) with avocado and FF ranch
Lunch 2: 1/2 cup bean soup
Dinner: Wild salmon baked with orange bell pepper and onions; brown rice; sliced tomatoes in FF Italian dressing
Snacks if needed: banana, 94%FF popcorn, light string cheese (1 pt)
Four bottles of water and one can of Fanta Zero orange drink (no caffeine)
