Hi everyone, I dropped out of sight awhile ago...I was having so much trouble posting on here..I was on dial-up and it took forever to get anywhere on the pages here. We know have high speed and its soooooo much better Since I left you I have found out my oldest brother has tohave heart surgery..this has given me a big kick in the pants to get back on track again. I bought the book You on a diet and actually read it and enjoyed it. I will check in on you guys once ina bit but have changed to a thread here at 3Fatchicks that supports this program...I miss all of you! Sandra you amaze me...you have come so far!!!!!!!! You go girl!!!

hi, patti. it's good to see you here. i'm sorry about your brother but am glad his surgery has inspired you. sometimes it takes something drastic to shake us up to get motivated, doesn't it? thank you for the compliment. i'm still struggling. i don't think this will ever be easy, but i hear we appreciate things that are difficult more than things that come easily.
