Monday Menu for Jan. 29, 2007

  • Packed up and ready to hit the floor running tomorrow morning!!

    B: scrambled egg and skim milk
    S: roasted edamame
    L-1: tuna salad (tuna, FF Miracle Whip, Splenda pickle relish, green onion, grated apple, boiled egg)
    L-2: shredded cabbage with dressing made from FF Miracle Whip and apple cider vinegar; broiled shrimp
    D: pork tenderloin and a big salad with FF 1000 Island dressing

    I'm sitting out 4 bottles of water tomorrow morning and will have them all gone by 5:00 tomorrow afternoon. I solemnly swear.
  • Kathy, you're inspirational. I cannot even think about tomorrow yet. But, this is a good guess:

    B: oatmeal, lf milk, orange
    L: zero point soup and ham slice
    D: some kind of fish and veggies

    snack: fruit and yogurt

    Breakfast: lf yogurt mixed w/fresh blueberries, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: large container (2 cups?) of Frouf 'spaghetti' soup
    green grapes

    Snack: lf cheese slice, crackers, tea

    Dinner: pot roast or tilapia? (depends on my mood and if I feel like cooking), potatoes, broccoli/cauliflower

    Later: decaf w/cream

    That should do it!

  • Tomorrow will be an odd day for me.. I have class tomorrow night (working on my masters degree)

    B: Grits with a little FF margarine & FF Cheese with an egg
    S: Apple or some popcorn
    L: Chicken and Barley Soup (Progresso), veggies, FF cottage cheese
    S: prob. more popcorn
    D: Hopefully I will have time to grab a salad from McD's

    Hubby:
    B: Oatmeal w/ SF maple syrup
    S: popcorn
    L: TBA
    S: popcorn
    D: Left over pot roast, salad and potatoes
  • Girls, I'm going to do Flex for a week, just to help me with portion control and get a handle on myself. I hope it doesn't mess anybody up if I post my menu.

    b: oatmeal (2)
    l: salad with rf dressing, chickpeas, broccoli (3 pts); frozen HC pizza (7 pts)
    s: clementine (.5 pt); WW snack cake (1 pt)
    d: lean hamburger (no bun), fried potatoes (8 pts), green beans (0 pts)
    s: sf/ff pudding

    Weigh-in tomorrow! My 2nd ever WW meeting. Let's hope for
  • OK, I'm the 6th person to post my menu for today, but the first to do it today! Jeesh, you guys are too organized!

    BF - banana and apple cake
    lunch - tomatoes/cukes, salmon noodle casserole, yougurt
    snack - pear
    dinner -swordfish, rice, green beans
    snack - might make some pumkin snack cake tonight.
  • B. 2 pieces of core corn bread, coffee
    L. stir fry chicken w/onion & green beans, roasted chickpeas
    D. marinated peppercorn & Garlic london broil w/ salad
    S. fuit
