I made this recipe from Kalyn's Kitchen today and it was yummy and I don't even like brussel sprouts!

Shredded and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Toasted Almonds and Parmesan

A keeper for sure. Too late for tonight but will do tomorrow. I used to detest these sprouts until I learned to roast them. My Mother cooked them in boiling water until they were gray outside and soggy pink inside - awful things!
