Tuesday---

Hi Everyone! Last week was a bummer for me with my exercise. Just didn't feel well all week and didn't hit the TM but 2 or 3 times.

Today--31 minutes on TM. Whew, guess who's out of shape already??? ME!!!

Keep moving. I love reading what you all have done.
TALITHA, way to go on three consecutive days of working out. I like that you are mixing up your types of movement. Keep going! You'll see the benefits before you know it.
ZANNE---Here's a big old WOOHOO and a YEEHAW to you for doing your Power 90. It's probably harder around this time than when you first started. Or at least it seems that way.
TEENSY--You are doing GREAT. I wish I could get my upper body workout in the way you are!!!

Gotta run. Keep MOVING!!!!!

Monday..

It was 88 degrees out there, but got my 3 miles in. I figured I might sweat off a few pounds.

Default Tuesday

Did 20 minutes on elliptical.

I mucked up my knee yesterday doing squats. Didn't want to do the Power 90 cardio today--to many moves that would not be good for the knee--so I at least did something.

Tuesday

Got in my 3 miles while it was 88 degrees. I was worn out.

Later, we walked another mile to a friend's house.

So I am pleased with getting in 4 miles.

TUE - I walked 4 miles, finally had the time without feeling like I was going to be laet for something!! Did 3 sets of crunches (40x3= 1 set)throughout the day. Boy are my abs burning. 5 weeks till I have to wear that dress!!

WED - Got in 2.5 miles. Still sore from yesterday, but I'm hoping to do laps and arms while babysitting today!

Let's keep moving!!!!!
