Did my 4.5 miles, but boy, was it hard to do today. My legs felt like logs!!! Took me 55:10

Took me 57:57 to do my 4. 5 miles, was very windy and my legs still feel like logs!

Default WEDNESDAY

Starting the new year off right. Took me 54:57 to do my 4.5 miles today, not good, but not as bad and yesterday. Still windy out there plus today, it's hot!

I'm very pleased with myself! One of my 'sort of' New Year's resolutions was to resume my weight training and add some stretching to it. Easy enough to do and I can do it while watching The O'Reilly Factor. Couldn't take the dogs out walking last night due to rain, but maybe this weekend. I do have a treadmill, now all I have to do is use it! I'd still rather walk the dogs, plus there's a high school nearby and they have a great 1/4 mile track, plus some ball fields.
I'd do well to remember what my husband always says: inch by inch it's a cinch, yard by yard it's hard.
