Hello... I'm NOT a runner...

I've always wanted to be, but I've always hated it, even when young & thin... We have a family membership at the local YMCA, and in September, my 15-yr.-old daughter and I started working out several times a week. We normally do weight training twice a week and kickboxing twice a week. Lately I've been slipping a bit... No, a LOT. I was so frustrated by that long stall that I lost motivation (Why am I doing this if it's doing nothing?) I know that's a stupid way to think, but it's honest...
Tonight Rachael & I went to "upper body" class--weights--it's a 55 min. class that works out the upper body & abs.
