2. Only weigh 6 times this month-on WIW's, June 10th, which is my 1 year anniversary of meeting my goal weight and June 22nd which is my month anniversary. Going to have someone hide the scale until these days (after May 31st, of course), I don't trust myself otherwise.
3. NOT buy/bake/make any SB LEGAL treats until at least after the 10th, if not longer!
Stay under 124. I am 120 right now.
Lose a few more inches off legs, hips, and belly...total of 2 would be good.
Ride bike for a total of 12 miles per week. Ride 3 times a week.
Do 125 sit-ups....doing that now. Do this 3 times a week.
Do more arm exercises.
Continue to do leg machines.
Make good eating choices.
As for last months goals.......I have to go check them and see how I did.
Here is what my May goals were....
I am happy now with my weight....124-125 (scales actually said 123-124 today).
I want to stay b/w 124 and 128
I want to do 125 good sit-ups...EOD
Leg machines...EOD
Once my bike is fixed..4 miles
My black pants fit and I would wear them to church
I am wearing anywhere from a size 6 to a size 10....mostly 6's!!! I like my pants w/ lots of room too.
I just want to increase my energy level, and tone up.
Looks like I made them! Hope I can make Junes goals.....Especially the weight one!

I would like to lose no less than 10 pounds this month to make up for the goal I did not reach last month.
I would like to see myself weight train 3 times a week
I would like to see myself walking 5-7 times a week doing a walk no less than 3 miles.
I would like to see myself riding the bike or treadmill during lunch time on the 2 days I am not weight training.
I would like to be able to cut out the higher fat foods, any starchy carbs, and only eat veggies, lean meats, and fruit beginning this month.....starting tomorrow!

Goal is to have 87 lbs to lose by July 1st (PreTeenager)
