Going off plan now and then due to special occasion won't hurt your weight loss much-but if you find yourself not progressing on the program-look to see how many special occasions you are having. Special occasions should be occuring like once a month-not once or twice a week. If this is happening, you might need to redefine what a special occasion is to you . . .does that make sense?
I'm not saying this is going on with you-it's just a head's up . . .I had to carefully look at my life last summer . . . . and maybe it will help other chickies here too.
