Morning girls!
I am doing well so far today--although it is only 10:45 AM
I drank my shake for Breakfast today, see how that does.
However, TOM today! I was going to go to the COD tomorrow but think I may wait until Monday because of TOM.. Don't know yet.

Hello chicks! Hows it going?! Been trying to read and catch up. You all sound like you are doing so well! Congrats on the strong motivation and the challenges successes!

Me Im still struggling still under tremendous amounts of stress and out of control of my weight loss. I go to weigh in tomorrow and will know what the damage is that I have caused myself. I need to find my motivation somewhere.

Anyways heres to a POP day for everyone

Heather gave you some good advice-but I'd just like to add something. Now-this is from personal experience-

Going off plan now and then due to special occasion won't hurt your weight loss much-but if you find yourself not progressing on the program-look to see how many special occasions you are having. Special occasions should be occuring like once a month-not once or twice a week. If this is happening, you might need to redefine what a special occasion is to you . . .does that make sense?

I'm not saying this is going on with you-it's just a head's up . . .I had to carefully look at my life last summer . . . . and maybe it will help other chickies here too.

Yes, it does!! but you know what sometimes you just have to take it with stride and handle it the best way possible!!!

Haylo - you go girl!! maybe next year I can come and enjoy it too!! yummy

EDITED TO ADD : - I totally agree with JulieMarie on her added info. I sometimes find that when you are successful and then you have a special event without any effects - it almost makes you feel like you can keep having them - then like a domino effect - you start having more and more!!! So just make sure you get back on track right afterwards......(speaking from experience here!!! )

Thanks JulieMarie for that addition - also keeps me in check as well!!!
