  • Didn't get a chance to come on last night, and record my workout....but I did my whole "Crunch:Cario Dance Blast" dvd all the way through for the first time! So that was 40 minutes, and then I did 10 minutes of weights and crunches...50 minutes total, and brought my total up to 110 minutes, and the group total:
    1601+50=1651
    Let's keep it up!
  • 1651 + 15 = 1666

    Did a quick WATP mile
  • I did my Woman Power Workout today which is 75 minutes long. I was able to do a lot more of it this time than last. My new total is 270.

    The group total is 1666 + 75 = 1741
  • Did the Crunch dvd again, all the way through! So that's 40 minutes, and I also did 10 minutes of weights & crunches.
    Brings my total up to 160 minutes so far this month...and our total:

    1741+50=1791
  • FINALLY I have something to report, and the chance to report it! I have 20 mins, 30 mins & 50 mins so I have 100 total to add to the mix...

    1791 + 100 = 1891
  • Pretty good day. Hubby and I got an hour walk in at 6am, when it was beautiful and cool. We then strolled around the zoo and listened to a choir from Tanzania. They are stopping off here on their way to Melbourne to perform at the Commonwealth Games. They are raising money to build a high school. They sound SO beautiful. I bought their CD and can't wait to play it for the kids tomorrow.

    So... 60 mins walking, 25 mins on bike and 15 mins of resistance training.

    Personal Goal... 1385 - 100 = 1285

    Group Total... 1891 + 100 = 1991

    There is some good moving going on here everyone!

  • Only seven minutes over the weekend!

    personal goal 600 - 79 = 521 to go!

  • It's already March 6 and I'm ashamed to say that I've done no exercise at all! I seriously suck and need a kick in the butt.
  • snowflakie -- you and me both. I've been sick, but need to really get moving now.
  • Snowflakie - Maybe what you need isn's a kick in the butt but some cheering on
    Don't be so hard on yourself, but just start doing something - even if it is only marching in place in front of the TV for 10 minutes to get you started again.


    Tonight I did 5 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes on the treadmill. That brings my total to 315. It was my first time being able to keep the speed at 2.5 for the whole time. I was totally sweating at the end, but it felt really good.

    The new group total is 1998 + 45 = 2043
  • 53 mins on the gazelle last night and 45 mins tonight.

    Group Total=2043+53+45=2141

    Personal total=145+53+45=243
  • nothing for me today...tomorrow should be different
  • Nothing for me either today. Going to get up in the morning, and do a workout, and then again in the evening when I get home...gotta get to 200 mins!!! That'd be such a great way to start the month out...
  • 25 on treadmill in morning and 35 on bike in afternoon - little slower on bike, due to heat (got to 100F today I think), so went a little longer.

    Personal Goal... 1285 - 60 = 1225

    Group Total... 2141 + 60 = 2201

    Hope those of you who want to 'move it' and can't are feeling better soon. It is frustrating when you know what you WANT to do, and you know what you HAVE to do... you just can't DO it for some reason or other.

    Group total:2201 + 37 = 2238 - GO GROUP!
