Weekly Exercise Log 7/11 - 7/17

  • Good morning everyone! I thought I'd start the new thread, even though I didn't do my workout this morning (still adjusting to being back from vacation! ). Let's get some good exercise in this week!
  • 30 mins eliptical 45 mins upper arms stick crunches
  • I was pretty lazy this weekend so I decided to up it a notch
    65 ellytpical
    35 treadmill- walking
  • Monday:
    45 min. bike
    40 min. elliptical
  • 1.5 hrs in the pool - 30 mins swimming and an hour of aquafit
  • Monday:
    2.25 miles running 7-8mph
    .75 miles walking
    30 min upper body weights
    30 min lower body weights
    ~2miles running home from gym (since my car died @ gym)
    ~1 mile walking to work (same reason as above--i did NOT walk home as it is nearly 100 degrees out!)
  • Morning-
    Basic step aerobics class (60 minutes, plus 5 minutes for warm up and cool down)
    30 minutes elliptical
    10 minutes stairs

    Afternoon-
    30 minutes on the tredmil
    30 minutes on the rowing machine
    10 minutes on the bike
    Walked back up stairs to my office, 12 flights...i know thats only 3 minutes or so but it was hard!
  • Monday:
    2-mile walk/jog
    20 min. of weights
  • Monday-65 minutes bike

    Need to lower my calories and increase this exercise if I want to meet my goal! I did well with cals for a couple of days but went back up yesterday and today. Tomorrow is a new day!

    strength training (arms)
    swimming - laps (45 minutes)
  • Tuesday.. 10 mins stair climber 10 mins bike (2.3 miles) 10 mins treadmill 3.8 @ 11 % incline Lower body work out 150 crunches and stick.. 70 mins
  • mon: ab class 15 min, kickboxing 1 hr weee! also first day of sbd!
  • Tuesday:
    2-mile walk/jog
    20 min. of weights (lower body)
  • 50 mins on the treadmill =3.65 miles jog/walk (I'm still slow but my average speed is increasing a little bit....soon I'll be jogging straight)
    15 min arms weights on the balance ball
    20 min pilates
  • Tuesday:
    20 min. uphill walk
    40 min. elliptical
