Well I don't really have a minutes goal. I've decided my goal this month is to go from 1.0 mile/day to 1.5-2.0/day. I would really like to get up to 2.0 miles/day but not sure I will make it. I also want to try to add some upper body weight training. Maybe 15 min/day on upper body weight training.
Total minutes so far (if I added right) 1449
July 1 - 1 mile in 25 min - 11 min upper body weight training
July 2 - Mowed yard for 2.5 hours - Weeded flower beds for 15 min
July 3 - 1 mile in 25 min - 2 hours grocery shopping (counting as 60 min)
July 4 - Legs feel sore and weak today so I'm resting today. Although hubby and I did do a little exercise together
July 5 - morning 1/2 mile 15 min - at lunch 4/10 mile 10 min
July 6 - morning 1/2 mile 15 min - at lunch 4/10 mile 10 min
July 7 - morning 1/2 mile 10 min - at lunch 1/2 mile 15 min - 12 min upper body weight training
July 8 - morning 3/4 mile 22 min - at work am 4/10 mile 10 min - 12 min upper body weight training
July 9 - mopped floors for 1 hour - mowed yard and weeded for 2 hours
July 10 - vaccumed for 15 min but basically rested today
July 11 - none - very, very sick
July 12 - none - still really sick
July 13 - none - still sick but feeling a little better
July 14 - morning 4/10 mile 12 min - at lunch 4/10 mile 12 min - upper body weight training 7 min
July 15 - morning 7/10 mile 22 min
July 16 - mopped floors for 1 hour - walk/shopped in the mall for 3 hours (counting as 1 hour) - was already 80 when we got up at 7am so to freaking hot to mow the yard today
July 17 - mostly resting today - not feeling good but went grocery shopping for 2 hours as usual (counting at 60 min)
July 18 - WATP 10 min
July 19 - morning walk 3/10 mile 14 min
July 20 - None to much smoke in the valley to walk plus injured shoulder really hurting
July 21 - WATP 15 min
July 22 - None, zip, zilch. Still to much smoke in the valley and shoulder hurting again really bad today
July 23 - Wow storm blow through and took all of the smoke with it. 2 hours mowing yard and 15 min of hill climbing at the rodeo
July 24 - None shoulder really sore again.
July 25 - am walk 4/10 mile 15 min - lunch walk 4/10 mile 11 min
July 26 -lunch walk 1/2 mile 16 min
July 27 -lunch walk 1/2 mile 16 min
July 28 -lunch walk 4/10 mile 12 min
July 29 -None
July 30 - 2 hours mowing the yard - 2 hours misc cleaning aunts house and touring nursing homes
July 31 - 4 hours grocery shopping (counting at 2 hours)
