This is the first time I have done any thing like this. I need to get myself motivated to do some exercise though. I'm starting with a small goal and will see how things go. I am also going to post how many calories I burned during my sessions because depending on incline, resistance, speed etc. sometimes you can burn more calories or less in the same amount of time.

Goal 850 mins. So far = 0. I, too, find it hard to set goals or make plans. Dh says I'm just afraid of commitment.... hmm.. something to ponder.
