-Me again, this really helps me keep track of what's going on. I can look at the days and think "OMG, I haven't done anything in a week!"
aerobic 3x a week, pilates 1-2x a week, weight training 2 x a week.
haven't quite got into the habit yet. But that's what goals are for right? Or is that dreams?

Goal: 1000 minutes.. (To include adding Weights and another aerobic activity besides Walking ...) (7/20/05: Modify this goal.. I'm going to use my "packing and box moving" as some sort of weight activity, but not count it toward my Time Goal) :)

Each of my WATP 1 mile tapes are 15mins. Since I am new to exercising :o My goal is to do 1 tape each day. My extra goal is to use my total gym thingy 3 times a week.

This is a small goal so I hope you chicks don't kick me out :) But I've been paying for bu not going to the gym. Since About March. So, my goal is to get there 8x this month. PLUS, at least some other form of substantial exercise (lugging groceries up 3 flights of stairs doesn't count) 1x per week.

I guess I should put a goal in terms of MINUTES on here so one hour workouts plus 30 mins of something else...Here I go:

Well I don't really have a minutes goal. I've decided my goal this month is to go from 1.0 mile/day to 1.5-2.0/day. I would really like to get up to 2.0 miles/day but not sure I will make it. I also want to try to add some upper body weight training. Maybe 15 min/day on upper body weight training.

Total minutes so far (if I added right) 1449

July 1 - 1 mile in 25 min - 11 min upper body weight training

July 2 - Mowed yard for 2.5 hours - Weeded flower beds for 15 min

July 3 - 1 mile in 25 min - 2 hours grocery shopping (counting as 60 min)

July 4 - Legs feel sore and weak today so I'm resting today. Although hubby and I did do a little exercise together :o

July 5 - morning 1/2 mile 15 min - at lunch 4/10 mile 10 min

July 6 - morning 1/2 mile 15 min - at lunch 4/10 mile 10 min

July 7 - morning 1/2 mile 10 min - at lunch 1/2 mile 15 min - 12 min upper body weight training

July 8 - morning 3/4 mile 22 min - at work am 4/10 mile 10 min - 12 min upper body weight training :o

July 9 - mopped floors for 1 hour - mowed yard and weeded for 2 hours

July 10 - vaccumed for 15 min but basically rested today

July 11 - none - very, very sick

July 12 - none - still really sick

July 13 - none - still sick but feeling a little better

July 14 - morning 4/10 mile 12 min - at lunch 4/10 mile 12 min - upper body weight training 7 min

July 15 - morning 7/10 mile 22 min

July 16 - mopped floors for 1 hour - walk/shopped in the mall for 3 hours (counting as 1 hour) - was already 80 when we got up at 7am so to freaking hot to mow the yard today

July 17 - mostly resting today - not feeling good but went grocery shopping for 2 hours as usual (counting at 60 min) :o

July 20 - None to much smoke in the valley to walk plus injured shoulder really hurting

It's been too damned hot to use the treadmill and my knee is still giving me grief. I will get on the treadmill for ten minutes per day as soon as the weather cools a bit and will edit in my times then. My goal is to just do it on reasonably cool days!

July 1 - lots of walking at Fairground for Kiddies' Canada Day Party
July 2 and 3 - 4 gardening hours - weeding and lugging out to compost heap
July 4 - treadmill - 10 minutes in morning

I don't know why I find goal setting so difficult!
So, I'm aiming for 780 minutes of aerobic exercise plus 13 days of weight training (3 times a week).

Current Total: 150 min

July 1 - 30 min treadmill
July 2 - 1.5 hrs house cleaning, 3 hours walking around Costco and Home Depot (don't really count that...but at least I was active!)
July 3 -RESTING ON SUNDAY 30 min walk with hubby...nice day of rest activity
July 4 - spent all day painting, tiling and generally getting our house ready to sell. I'm couting that as 60 min of exercise...even though I'm sure it was more.
July 5 - 30 min treadmill
