Lunch: Lettuce salad w/ 6 oz. chicken, 1 small tomato , FF dressing (free) 2V, 1P
Mid PM snack: Yogurt, 6 RF wheat thins 1D, 1 S
1 mini Hershey's bar
Dinner: 6 oz. Grilled beef, Broccoli/tomato/mushroom/gr. onions, 1/3 C br. rice, LS soy sauce (free) 1P,1S,2V
Evening snack: 12 small strawberries, SF Jello, 1 TB FF Cool whip (free) 1F
Water so far: 72 oz!
