G'day all,
Visitors gone, sheets washed, beds remade ready for next lot of visitors in about 3 weeks time
If any of you have the opportunity to see 'The Lion King'
DO, it is the most visually spectacular show I have ever seen. It is only showing in Sydney and will probably take about 3 years before it gets to Adelaide so I am very pleased I have seen it. Words really cannot describe it adequately, what talented, clever and innovative people who put all this together
It was quite a hectic 4 days with my sister in law and her girlfriend. Both of them do nothing on their own and I had to be the tour guide, cook, and shopping advisor. DH said that his father always called his sister 'lady muck', and boy she lived up to her nick name!!! They both bought so much stuff, all for themselves, and I was quite appalled the way they spoke of their husbands after a few glasses of champagne
Both are in their mid sixties but act like a couple of teenagers. I had seen glimpses of their behaviour at home but never having lived with them, I did not realise how stupid they both were.
Enough already, the best thing is that it makes dh and I realise how lucky we are with each other
Nice to see you
Lily, I am glad you liked the Blue Mountains, they certainly are spectacular.
Not many other postings, I hope everyone is OK, especially
Slavika, I thought there would have been some results last Friday
I am off to town to have my eyes tested, I am really noticing a deterioration.
Friday off to the Tamworth Music Festival, should be fun.
Take care all,
Cheers
Maria
