Monday- Ramp it Up workout(squats, lunges, weight toning, leg lifts, abs, then a "yoga" cooldown which I don't care for but did anyway,lol.) 47 minutes from start to finish.
Tuesday-- 45 minutes Stationary bike = 16 miles, 9 of these at the hardest tension I could pedal.
100 ab crunches.
I am planning on walking up the hill this afternoon too, as the sun is shining and it looks lovely out there.
Okay, I did 2 miles up the hill. Almost didn't go, the wind came up and hit my forehead and gave me the icecream headache thingy.......but I went all the way!!

Tuesday- I did 1 1/2 miles and had to stop and take a call, cooled completely off but got back up and did another mile. Tonight, I have to teach at the church, plan on doing about 50 minutes of cardio(aerobics and some step), then body sculpting(weights/legs/abs).
Wednesday- did Ramp it Up workout
Thursday- did 2 mile WATP this AM, also have church exercise class tonight. Might have regular aerobics combined with some squats and lunges, etc...then body sculpting.
