    Monday, March 1 ( my good intentions )

    2 slices Canadian Bacon
    1/2 egg, scrambled
    salad with 1 oz cheese, 2 ounces lean ham, low sugar dressing
    celery with Laughing Cow cheese
    sugar free jello
    salad with red & green pepper, 2 oz turkey, low sugar dressing
    sugar free jello
    1 ww 2 points bar
    1 medium french vanilla coffee
    1 multigrain bagel
  • Tuesday:

    2 slices Canadian Bacon
    1/2 egg, scrambled
    celery with Laughing Cow cheese
    sugar free jello
    salad with red & green pepper, 2 oz turkey, low sugar dressing
    2 turkey rollups ( lean turkey rolled and red pepper rolled up in a leaf of lettuce)
    1 6-inch chicken sub on wholewheat
    water
  • Wednesday:

    2 slices Canadian Bacon
    1/2 egg, scrambled
    1 bran muffin
    celery with Laughing Cow cheese
    1 ww 2 points bar
    baked fish
    green beans
    slimwhich ice cream sandwich
  • Allright, I am in here by myself all week? I CANNOT possibly be the ONLY one eating around here! Or all you all over in Pigs anonymous?

    Thursday:

    oatmeal
    Julienne salad
    celery with Laughing Cow cheese
    1/2 cup carrots with roasted red pepper dip
    Swine Wine chicken
    1 cup grean beans
    slimwhich ice cream sandwich
    2 cups airpopped popcorn
  • Friday, March 5
    3/4 cup special K cereal with ½ cup 2% milk
    Julienne salad
    celery with laughing cow cheese
    ½ cup carrots with 1 tbsp roasted red pepper dip
    ½ of a kids size movie popcorn
    chipotle chicken salad
    1 V8

    Saturday, March 6
    2 slices Canadian bacon
    ½ egg, scrambled
    1 coffee
    ham sandwich on rye bread
    julienne salad

    Sunday, March 7
    3/4 cup special K cereal with ½ cup 2% milk
    1 cup tea
    ham sandwich on rye bread
    1 6oz glass 2% milk
    2 slices of roast beef
    1 cup stir fried green pepper, red pepper and mushrooms
    1 low fat, no sugar added fudgesicle

    Monday, March 8
    Sick with migraine - did not each much

    Herbal tea with rye toast
    Julienne salad
    Post ww treat: French vanilla cappucino and an apple fritter doughnut
  • Tuesday:

    2 slices of chicken bacon
    1/2 an egg, scrambled
    oxtail soup
    cheese and crackers
    Sugar Free Jello
    1 pear
    1 6-inch whole wheat roasted chicken sub - no cheese or sauce- from subway
    1 small carton of 2% milk
    2 slices of low fat cheese

    Tuesday - March 9/04

    11/2 cup bran cereal and 1 cup skim milk
    1 cup no fat yogurt
    1 apple
    1 V8
    1 lean cuisine
    lettuce
    6" cold cut trio - no cheese
    hot choco lite
    baked tortilla chips and salsa
    4 cookies

    1 non fat SF yogourt
    julienne salad
    1/2 cup baby carrots
    1 tbsp roasted red pepper dip
    1 slice fish
    1/2 cup brown rice
    1/2 cups mixed broccoli and cauliflower
    1 sugar free fudgesicle
    1 handful of toastitos
  • Journal for Thursday:

    2 slices of turkey bacon and 1/2 and egg - scrambled
    1 coffee
    Julienne salad with low sugar dressing
    1 pear
    Chinese food - tried to fill up on won ton soup and steamed dumplings, a little General Tso's chicken, veggies and a LOT of water which paid off since I weighed myself this morning and didn't seem to have gained.

    Then again, I probably worked it off at dance class last night.
  • Friday:
    2 slices of turkey bacon and 1/2 and egg - scrambled
    1 coffee
    Julienne salad with low sugar dressing
    1 pear
    1 all beef hot dog while out grocery shopping
    some cheese, crackers and a few slices of Kielbassa sausage as a Midnight snack
  • Saturday

    Special K cereal with sliced strawberries and 2% milk
    1 cup coffee
    Snacked my way around the free samples at a convention - free lunch
    (at least most of it was healthy)
    1 French Vanilla Cappucino
    Dinner was steamed mussels in a tomato sauce with foccacia bread on the side for dipping

    Sunday
    Special K cereal with sliced strawberries and 2% milk
    1 coffee
    cheese and crackers, a few slices of Kielbassa sausage
    Dinner was poached salmon in a dill sauce with tossed salad and roasted red pepper dressing
  • Monday:
    special K cereal with sliced strawberries and 2% milk
    1 coffee
    Julienne salad with low sugar dressing
    1 pear
    1 non-fat yogourt
    celery with cheese
    Julienne salad with low sugar dressing and carrots with hummous
    1 ww 2 points bar
    1 French Vanilla coffee
    1 multigrain bagel
    some cheese and crackers

    Tuesday:
    2 slices of Canadian bacon and 1/2 and egg - scrambled
    1 coffee
    Julienne salad with low sugar dressing
    1 pear
    1 non-fat yogourt
    celery with cheese
    1 chicken breast marinated in "Swine Wine" sauce
    1 cup corn
    1/2 cup rice
    1 slimwhich Ice cream sandwich
    1 Fresca

    1 cup no-fat yogurt

    Big Mac and Fries (big oops-but I worked OT and never feel like thinking about food let alone cooking - *LOL*)
    mini-pop (ice cream) - only 1 yummy point
