    4 Quarts Water

    Snacks:
    Some Dark Chocolate
    Almonds
  • Monday, March 29

    1 cup of Special K cereal with 1/2 cup 2% milk
    1/2 cup of fresh strawberries
    1 coffee
    Hot cappicolo ham with provolone cheese on dark rye bread
    1/2 cup grape tomatoes
    celery with laughing cow cheese
    1 decadent chocolate truffle
    4 pieces of California roll sushi
    4 pieces of spicy crab roll
    1 bowl of Special K cereal with 2% milk (evening snack )
  • Tuesday:

    2 slices of turkey bacon
    1/2 a scrambled egg
    1 coffee
    1 Danone lf yogourt mousse
    1 small salad with 1 oz cheese and 1 oz hot capicollo ham, romaine lettuce, alfalpha sprouts, tomato, raw broccoli and cauliflower + greek salad dressing
    celery with laughing cow cheese
    1 cup tea
    1 WW 2 points bar
    2 pieces of rye toast with light salmon cream cheese
    1 cup tea
    2 cookies
  • Tuesday

    1 PBJ Sandwich
    1 Dannon Light & Fit Creamy Banana Yogurt
    1 Glass Milk
    Water
  • Wednesday

    1 PBJ Sandwich on Whole Wheat
    10 TLC Crackers (Kashis new crackers)
    1 Glass Wylers SF Raspberry Drink

    1 Chef Salad (shared with hubby)
    1 Small Scoop Bubble Gum Ice Cream
    4 Quarts Water


    Snacks:
    Sunflower seeds
  • Wednesday:

    2 slices of turkey bacon
    1 egg
    coffee
    1 muffin and a coffee
    1 ww 2 points bar
    1 bowl of chili with 2 slices of dark rye bread
    1 glass of milk
