    Unless it's one of those "prepackaged" P3/4 meals that IP put out recently, that sounds like bad info. I don't use IP products, what is the nutritional info for the flake cereal? That would be the easiest way to tell.
  • Maybe it's bad info - I just got it from my coach. I could have misunderstood her though, perhaps she just said it was restricted.
  • MUST BUY VEGGIES TONIGHT! Wanted to have my Sloppy Joe packet over zuke noodles for lunch, but I'm fresh out of zucchini

    There are actually coaches who say that you can't use restricted items on Phase 1 at all, but that's a myth. If the flake is just restricted, why deprive yourself if you don't have to?

    S - probably vinegar crisps (I forgot to bring a snack so will have to run home between appts this afternoon)
    D - 4 oz chicken breast w/ broccoli or salad (or both!)

    split my snacks yesterday and loved it!! Plus eating omelet earlier in the day is helping with the gas and big C too
