    Sept Goal: 800 minutes, including 8 strength training sessions = 662 minutes to go.

    Gardenerjoy, thanks for organizing this challenge. Also, I like your idea of tracking steps in a month where there's no opportunity for formal exercise. Good idea! Noname, I hear you about not tracking exercise minutes - it's hard to keep up sometimes. But give yourself credit for every one of those little monsters!! Curvynotlumpy, I like your template! So neat looking.

    I walked 9 miles the last week of August so I want to try to do 15 miles each week Monday-Sunday this month.
