Gardenerjoy, thanks for organizing this challenge. Also, I like your idea of tracking steps in a month where there's no opportunity for formal exercise. Good idea! Noname, I hear you about not tracking exercise minutes - it's hard to keep up sometimes. But give yourself credit for every one of those little monsters!! Curvynotlumpy, I like your template! 9/1: Couch to 5K W1,D1 complete
9/2: Couch to 5K W1,D2 complete
9/3: Couch to 5K W1,D3 complete (well, in all honesty, it was a rest day )
