i just had some caramel pecan froyo.. 120 cals for half a cup, soo good.
i prefer froyo over ice cream now, tastes better!

that's too funny! struck a chord with me (no pun intended...hehe) because my husband and I had dinner out w/o the kids last night and, of course, he got butter pecan ice cream for dessert...one of my faves. BUT....although the temptation almost got to me, I refrained from even a taste!!
