Crystal - yes you can do it!
Diana - Hope you love your haircut . I am temporary down here just one month more. A nice place to spend some time post separation and heal.
So far food is great today - might edit and add a bit more if I meet friends out later. But eating a low cal dinner now to avoid higher calories later :0)
Bkfast
Found some sort of lower calorie grain healthy cereal than granolia - can't really read the info in Spanish but it looks quite a bit lower in calories.
a little over 1/2 cup of the cereal flakes, low fat milk
a slice of papaya
Snack
The gardner was trimming a coconut tree and cut open a young coconut for me. I took a few sips of the fresh coconut milk, a few bites of the new jelly like nut. Tossed the rest - yum!!
Lunch
Open faced turkey ham/slice of cheese/tomato/whole wheat bread sandwich
Snack before gym for energy
2 slices Mx Papaya
Dinner
A couple of the little thin pork chops
about a cup of that left over sw black bean fat free chili - made too much and am getting tired of it :-)
a bunch of steamed swiss chard - plain
About 1/2 of mango
herbal tea plain
Went out for a 3km walk to enjoy the morning.
Then decided to jog rather than drive to the gym about 1.5km (1 mile)
It was pouring after the gym so took a nice cool brisk 1.5 km walk home in a tropical shower - fun :-).
Worked out legs with free weights for over an hour, including calves
