  • I finally had the courage to wear that green dress I showed you (from the "12 Weeks to Take Off Part I" thread).

    Check it out!

    I was at the Inspiration Awards in Los Angeles, supporting Susan G. Komen for the Cure for breast cancer.

    I can't handle the spreadsheet though, but if Scarlett or someone does it, it would be great to see the next part of our transformations in Part 3!!

  • I’m going to do a 6 week holiday challenge. It will basically follow the same rules. The only difference being Tuesday (rather than Thursday) weigh ins because it works better around the holidays.

    Baseline: 11/22
    Week 1 : 11/29
    Week 2 : 12/6
    Week 3 : 12/13
    Week 4 : 12/20
    Week 5 : 12/27
    Week 6 : 1/3

    Hopefully having to post the first weigh in the week after Thanksgiving will help us though it. I’ll make the new thread sometime next week. Then once we’re into the New Year I’ll probably start 12 weeks part 3. These challenges are keeping me crazy accountable so I want to keep them going.


    Belia – OMG you look so glamorous!!! That color is divine on you. You’re on the “pink” carpet and everything. I hope you enjoyed every minute of it. Also I just checked out your weigh in congrats on the 130s!!! You’re doing amazing.

    I actually ended up wearing the dress I posted in the last thread too. I just unfortunately have no pics of it. I wore it to a wedding and had the absolute best time. It felt so good to wear a dress I bought 3 years ago but could never fit into.
  • Thanks everyone! The weigh-ins look great! I definitely need this! Last year, I gained weight due to not caring (gained 20 pounds).

    So yes! Let's do it again! We can start marketing it now and ask people on this thread to "post" their rsvp on the new challenge.

  • I definitely packed on the pounds over the Holidays last year too. I told myself the diet starts on New Years so I ate like I'd never see a cheese puff again. This will be a huge help.

    I don't have time today but I'm not working tomorrow. I'll try to have the new spreadsheet, thread, etc finished and posted by Thursday night. I haven't started anything yet but it probably won't take me all that long.

  • Me too! I bookmarked it. I love keeping track of this stuff! It's weird. I used to track my weight every day even when I wasn't really dieting and I weighted 120's. Must be the OCD person in me. :P
