Hey ladies, hope everyone is doing well...I haven't been active on 3fc for quite some time now....the past 5 months have been horrible for me (nutriton wise)...i feel as if I've lost control...I pretty much have been eating anything and everything...def do feel it has a lil to do with my brother and his gf being around so much (college kids) it's like whenver she sleeps over (which is a lottttt) we'll go for a midnight run to taco bell, some fast food place, dunkin donuts and it's like I'd tell myself oh it's ok I'm not "big" anymore so a lil of this won't hurt and a lil of that won't hurt but it's nov. 13th and I weigh 160lbs

I'm so mad at myself for allowing this to happen...I worked so hard to get to 148 (the lowest I've seen in about 7ish years) and now ballooned up to 160 :/
Sorry...just needed to vent a lil...I've been meaning to say this for a while now, guess today was the day..may even have to do with TOM lurking around the corner...I have been really good the past 3 days and I will continue to be until thanksgiving (and that shouldn't be that bad b/c I will be cooking so def no unhealthy recipes) Anyways...congratz to everyone thats losing haha and
