Hello all. I thought I'd post in here since I've been doing C25K for a few weeks now. I tried it when I was in the 260's and then in the 220's, but I gave up - I couldn't get past week 3, lol. I was very blah about it then.
But cut to now! I tried W1D1 when I started and I wasn't even winded!
Yey! I thought, heck, so I tried W2D1 the next day, same thing. I started W4 at the beginning of May and last night I did W6D1! I'm super proud of myself, lol... And even after all the running, I'm not really out of breath, I'm just too ADHD to not have something going on. I have to be watching TV or running with someone and talking, lol... I'm not sure how well this will work out in an
actual 5K, but I shall see.
