  • Monday: 55 min workout with "The Firm" video
  • FRIDAY
    WOO HOO! FINALLY, I got out and got in some exercise and boy, did it feel GOOD: Got in my 4.5 miles and only took me 51:55-lot better than I expected!!!
  • Wed: 30 min on the Glider and 45 minute Bike run

    Thurs: 55 min of "The Firm"
  • SUNDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles in 51:40

    Only 9 miles this week, but due to being sick. Hopefully next week will be back to normal, or at least somewhat!
