    Oct 10: Stairmaster - 7 minutes, Spinning - 60 minutes

    I only made it to 24, but considering I threw my back out and started the month with a wicked cold, I'm still going to consider this month a success.

  • I'm going for 16 days at least in October. My birthday is the 30th, so I'd like to drop a few pounds to make my birthday dress fit a little better.

  • Ooo, this'll help keep me on track. I've been slacking a bit with the exercise lately. I'll be aiming for 25/31 days of exercise in October.

    10/1: Boot Camp Day 20 (last day) - 60 minutes 1/22
  • Aiming for 16 out of 30 days in October. I know it's a small number but I have to start out small!
  • I'm going to try to exercise atleast 17 days of the 31 for Oct! I'd like to do more but my schedule is super busy so I'm trying to keep it realistic so as to not disappoint myself.

    Oct 1: 17 minutes on the exercise bike, 5 mins on the eliptical
  • Tracking my 6weeks to 5k and other exercise for the month, woohoo!

  • I'm going to pledge 25 workouts this month. I'm taking a week and a half trip to California for my GF's wedding and I'm going to try and workout while I'm down there.
