Hi ladies! Jumping in here because I started C25k this week. So far I like it a lot. I have been cycling and walking pretty regularly, so I thought week 1 (jog 60/walk 90) might be too easy--yeah right! It was perfect--challenging but not discouraging. But then, week 1 of lots of programs is easy.
Anyway, it's inspiring to read all the success stories in this thread.
Resting today... Week 2 begins tomorrow at 6AM!
