Hey, Hey!! So many of you have been here and posted already. I think there have been more posts today than all weekend long. So I have been working my tail off and now I have sore knees. So I am going to just walk (although fast) tonight. Couldn't work out with my friend after school so I am on my own. I got the new, new scale and I think I like it. I am ready to rock. I am coming to grips with the fact that my body is just going to lose slowly.
But, it's okay. I am learning to accept.

Eny- You've got the right frame of mind. Get on the bandwagon with the rest of us. We are going to make some progress.

Jcat- That's the nice thing about a treadmill, you can tell how fast, inclines etc. I figure if I walk, then jog that is some interval training also. Keep up the great work.
holyt- I hated those weekends that were all about school and no time for me. Just remember, this too shall pass.
NurseM- this is why I am glad I don't drink. If I did I would easily drink way too many calories. Well, it's over, so time to get back with the program. Let's go.
