Today I did very well...at least time wise. I actually did the TM (treamill) for 50 minutes! I have been striving for 30 minutes and just kept going. I was watching one of my favorite movies...KING PIN. Also at night I have been doing my hip/thigh machine and a few sit-ups. Trying to work my way up on those. First time I only did 5
, then I did 15, and last night I did 20. That is good for me.
