I'm so sorry about your crown. Even if you did 'come across it' in the next day or so, I don't think I could ever put it back in my mouth! maybe if you boiled it for 2-3 days first...lol.

Hi everyone! Just dropping in for a quick hola! Went to WI yesterday and the scale is pretty much the same. Not too bad considering I had a couple of brownies over the Labor Day weekend.

I am getting back to plan, though. I had tilapia and green beans for supper with no sugar added apple sauce. It was actually pretty yummy.

Hope everyone is experiencing lots of NSVs and SVs! I am going to be working extra hard to try and drop on into the seventies. This hovering around 180-182 sucks! Maybe I need to try another TO!

Sorry I can't check in more often. I really miss hearing what's up with everyone. Work is just kicking my butt. And now DS has started playing Fall Baseball and there is a game every Tuesday and Thursday night for the next 6 weeks.

I don't know exactly what I will do with it if I find it.......but I am totally creeped out about it, and need to make sure it comes out ok. So gross..........but yeah, as a mom of 5, I have done some pretty gross things

Well, guys, thanks for the well-wishes, but my WI didn't go as well as I had hoped. I didn't lose a single dad-gum ounce! But I'm happy that I didn't gain anything. We measured today though, and I was thrilled to learn that I've lost 34 inches! That's almost a yardstick! And I'm finally at the point where people at work are noticing, so that's a great boost.

34 inches?!?!?! HOLY COW! Felicia, that is AMAZING! It must really be showing now. Don't worry about that scale...you know it's coming soon! I am so excited for you!

Nicole - a really good motivator for retrieving the crown when it does pass is to safe face with the dentist. Heaven forbid you actually have to tell him you did indeed swallow the dumb thing! At least you didn't choke on it - like a 3 year old might have!

Well.. It finally happened.. I hit 194.8 this morning.. I'm not going to call it "GOAL" until I'm able to hold it for a few days... Don't want to jinx it, right?

But I gotta admit, it's relief to finally be at this point.

Thanks to all of you for your constant support and motivation.. Without that and Liz's support most of all, I don't know how long this would have taken..

I don't blame you a bit, Nicole! I'd do the same thing. Might be different if it was your old dentist that you had built a good relationship with over the years, but since you weren't too fond of the new guy anyway, this is a great time to scope out someone else. Good luck!
