    Lunch: Grilled Salmon Salad , 1 tsp. dressing
    Snack PM: Apple
    Dinner: Egg White Veggie Omelette with 1 Tbs Parm Cheese
    Snack PM: Pear/TJ's Better N PB/7 Almonds


    I only do the Carb Solutions Shake on the mornings I work out. It has a TON of protien and hardly any carbs or fat. When I did not do the shake I would get the shakes! I shared this with my COD and they did not seem to have a problem with it. I have fortunately been losing somewhat steadily.

    Dinner (3 Condiment;1P;2V): Veggie Stir Fry with Broc, Onions, Peppers and Morningstar Farms Chick N Strips seasoned with one serving TJ's Piccatta Sauce served over 1 bag House Foods Shirataki Noodles
    Snack PM (1Fr;1S;1Fa): Pear, 1 Serving TJ's Better N Peanut Butter(I count this as a starch b/c there is hardly any fat and more carbs than protien), 7 Almonds

    Evening Treat: Large Mug of Stash Vanillia Nut Decaf Tea with 1 Pkt. Stevia to sweeten, YUM!!!

  • Yippee....new folks posting on the site; this is great and always gives me new ideas too. Holly - your pre-workout shake...do they say to count it as anything exchange wise? Who makes the Carb Solutions shake?
