Is everyone ready for a new week? I hope to lose 2 more lbs this week. I have really been watching my food and kicking the exercise up a notch... so I hope it pays off.
My goals for this week:
1) drink 60 oz of water a day
2) do toning exercises 2 days this week
3) do cardio exercises 3 days this week
