I'm on a lower carb version of WW, I think. Am not counting points.
B. 2 egg omelet with mushrooms and onion and hot sauce, a latte made with skim milk
L. shrimp, green salad, whole wheat roll, diet yoghurt and a peach
S. 1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese on a slice of whole wheat toast around 4:30. The snack keeps me from nibbling before dinner.
D. salmon filet, green beans, spaghetti squash, tomato and maybe a smoothie for dessert - raspberry?
b-2 hard boiled eggs and 5 wasa snackers (9 carbs per 5) and 2 tbs of onion and chive cream cheese.
l- 1 dos chicken wings w/o sauce
d- taco meat w/o taco!
