  • MONDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles
  • Monday
    30 minutes stationary bike.

    5 upperbody strength training exercises--lifted in excess of 1,100 lbs.

  • I git my butt up and EXERCISED today......I walked my lap on the outside rim of the park...I know that it's 1.25 miles not including the walk from my house to the park. YIPEE!!!!

  • TUESDAY
    Pretty proud of myself for going out today, I REALLY didn't want to go, but managed to force myself out and do my 4.5 miles in 54:08
  • BELIEVE IT OR NOT
    Started back on TM last week!!!!!!

    Tues - 2 miles in 37minutes!!!!!!!!!

    I only did TM 2 days last week, but am going to do 3 or 4 days this week. Trying to get back into the swing of it

    Got on the ol' TM for 2nd day in a row..... My time wasn't the greatest I had several interruptions, from having to let pooch back in, telephone, and darn shoes laces came united twice.

    1 3/4 miles in 34 minutes
  • Wednesday
    Today--30 minutes on the bike (= to 10+ miles)

    Lifted 1,800 lbs. I know that sounds like an abscene amount by they add all the repetitions. So 20lbs on one machine and 40 on another all of a sudden becumes 1,800. Me strong woman!

    MONDAY - weight training circuit #1

    TUESDAY - TM - 20 minutes - just over one mile - made it to 1 mile in 18 min

    WEDNESDAY - on my way to do weight training circuit #2 (right now, really)
  • WEDNESDAY
    Did 3.5 miles due to time restraints this morning Hey, I wasn't even going to go out, so not too shabby!
  • THURSDAY
    Did 4.5 miles with 17 jogs in 52 minutes flat
  • Monday - Badminton

    Tuesday - Twenty minute bike ride - was a bit harder to-day as it was a little windy.

    Wednesday - Badminton

    Walked 4.5 miles today
  • Friday
    5 weight machines--1,800+ lbs lifted.

    30 mintues bike = a little over 10 miles.
