  • Hi Laurel,

Myoplex is a protein shake. Its viler than most, but I'm trying the modified "body for life" schtick. I am working out w/Bill's Plan, using the trainer at the gym to work with me on the weights and then trying to incorporate more protein and less carbs in my diet.

I have four flavors to try:

    so far: mocha - bleah
chocolate peanut butter: couldn't get the dog to try it
rich dark chocolate : not bad, not good

tomorrow, who knows. I couldn't imagine eating 3 of these a day and then regular food.
  • Lalala,

If you don't like them, why don't you try another protein shake. There are oodles and oodles of them out there. One of my favorites is ISIS which is a combination of soy and whey protein and other vitaminis and minerals especially formulated for women. Just check out the local health food store. There is a full shelf, at least, of protein shakes.
