    Walked 4.5 miles today, despite not wanting to really go.
  • Off to a better start this week!
    MON - 1.5 miles at faster tempo.
    WED - Ran 2 miles at a great speed!

  • Tuesday
    Lifted weights - about 30 minutes - but it was a HARD 30 minutes.
  • WEDNESDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 52:30 with 17 jogs
  • THURSDAY
    Did 4.5 miles with 17 jogs in 52:20
  • Tuesday - 6 miles on SB

    Thursday - 5 miles on SB
  • FRIDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles, no jogs, just walked
  • SUNDAY
    Did 4.5 miles with 17 jogs in 52:50

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 22.5 miles
