Remember last week when you mentioned to me about pushing protein for my snacks cause of my low blood sugar...etc?!?!?!?Well I have really been trying to do that and I *feel* 110% better!!! Staying fuller longer and not having the headaches or dizzy spells. That was pretty much what the doctor told me awhile back and well being the absent minded person I am, I didn't do it
