    Walked 4.5 miles
  • TUESDAY
    Did 4.5 miles with 18 jogs
  • WEDNESDAY
    Just walked 4.5 miles today
  • FRIDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 54:10 with 17 jogs
  • This is what I've done so far!
    Monday - Yoga
    Tuesday - Ran 2.5 miles
    Thursday - Ran 4 miles
    Friday - Abs

    Goal: Hope to run 4 miles or more on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Saturday total
    Ran 5.5. Pace was great! Very pleased with running progress.

    Frog
  • 28 minutes on treadmill. broke a pretty good sweat.
  • Gonna hit this everyday. Today;ran .5 miles & swam 30 minutes moderate pace. Walked the mall with husband.
  • SUNDAY
    Did 4.5 miles with 15 jogs

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK 22.5 miles
