I like the smile option .My weekend wasn't tooo bad but wasn't real good either.I am like Christie in that I need to do something different.Just not sure what yet.
I know it only takes 1 or 2 days to undo all my good.Gets very frustrating.
I am off today so will try to get exercise over first.I started lifting 8# weight yesterday.I can tell I haven't done them in long time Arms are sore today.
better go or I will start looking for excuses to not exercise.One thing I do know is I have to exercise no matter what.

I think I'm going to have to go back to my old way of tracking, but maybe i'll give this one this week, and see how it does. I really haven't been watching it and keeping up durning each meal, I try to write it down at night. But that doesn't always happen either. I've got so much to do, it seems I take one step forward and 2 back
, but after this week it may slow down a bit. Not sure what going to happen come Wednesday. But we will see.
