I got back on the bike for 15 mins!! Then did some bedside crunches...where I sit on the edge of the bed, lean back and bring my legs up, both at the same time, slowly to my chest. I did 15 of those and struggled mercilessly with the last 5. They're hard!! Okay, time for lunch!! Kris
