    Exercise every day and see yourself melt away!

  • Mon. Walked on TM., did hand weights, and worked out at the gym....
  • I did it!! I did it!! I got back on the bike for 15 mins!! Then did some bedside crunches...where I sit on the edge of the bed, lean back and bring my legs up, both at the same time, slowly to my chest. I did 15 of those and struggled mercilessly with the last 5. They're hard!! Okay, time for lunch!! Kris
  • Monday--11824 steps ( 5.02 miles) and one 30 minute workout at the gym with weights.
  • Mon: 75 mins treadmill, and 70 crunches on the ab lounger
  • Monday.... 25 minutes of wt training.
  • Tuesday- 30 minutes circuit training at Curves + stretches
  • Monday-- Walked 2 miles

    Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 45 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT
    20 minutes stationary bike = 8 miles.
  • Tues. I walked on the TM.
  • Tues: 5 min elliptical warm up
    strenght training circuit
    11 off-circuit machines
    10 mins stair climber
    45 min treadmill
    50 ab crunches
  • Wed. Walked on TM... Used hand weights....
  • Tuesday... 23 minutes of wt training. 15 min on TM.
  • Wednesday--1.5 minutes Orbitrek
    20 minutes stationary bike = 8 miles.
  • Wed: bowled 3 games
  • Thurs. Walked on TM.
