I don't have a specific recipe but I make a single serving like this:
3 ounce cooked white meat chicken (I use Great Value from Walmart and it is 2 points for 3 ounces)
2 ounce dry No Yolk Noodles (4 points)
carrots, onions (0 points)
chicken broth (0 points)
Cook noodles as specified on bag and drain. Mix all other ingredients together add noodles. Bring to boil and eat. This if for 1 person.
Another thing (I just read on another website) was to take the zero point soup W/W gives you and add some noodles and chicken to it. Or noodles and beef to it if you use beef broth.
